- We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to ship.
- If your order is delayed, you will be notified via your preferred method of communication (phone/email).
- Shipping fees are not including in pricing.
- We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or on US National Holidays.
- Standard Ground Shipping with UPS
- Please contact us to report missing items as soon as possible (within 3 days of delivery).
- Missing items will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If merchandise was damaged in shipping, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately.
- We will issue a damage claim with the carrier.
- Please do not return merchandise without going through this procedure or further delays in replacement may occur.
- Payment by credit card is expected when placing an order.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- We do not accept cash, checks or COD orders.
- An order may only be cancelled provided it has not entered the shipping process.
- If the item has shipped, it can be returned for a refund less shipping/handling charges.
- If a delivery is refused, the shipping/handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit.
- Unopened product may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
- A 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling charges will be deducted from the credit.
